Large Automobile Manufacturer Adds Digital Signage to Dealerships

The Challenge: The customer contacted Rhombus Services to install a 42” touch screen digital application in approximately one hundred (100) dealership locations in 2008. Installations needed to take place in a very tight timeframe.  Rhombus was not only responsible for screen installations but also needed  to create install manuals, schedule jobs, help coordinate all equipment logistics, and perform site prep (electric and data).  

The Result: Rhombus Services and the customer developed an action plan that consisted of several visits to the dealerships to identify all possible scenarios and pitfalls that might occur while performing the installation. Processes were developed to arm technicians with everything they would need to complete the installations in a tight timeframe. The rollout was a huge success and the automobile manufacturer will be continuing the project in 2009.

Nationwide Education Digital Signage Network

The Challenge: Nationwide Education Digital Signage company needed a national service provider to coordinate and install their digital application throughout North America. Rhombus Services was selected because of their project management skills and is currently responsible for screen installations, scheduling  jobs, helping to coordinate all equipment logistics, and perform site prep (electric and data).   

The Result: Rhombus Services developed an action plan that consisted of several visits to the customer’s headquarters as well as site locations to identify all possible scenarios and pitfalls that might occur while performing the installation.
